Terms & Conditions

  • Rates are for up to 2 guests. Additional guests are $20 per person per night.

  • A 15% cleaning fee is applied, which includes midweek, weekly, and end-of-stay cleanings.

​Make A Reservation

  • A 50% deposit will confirm your reservation and the balance is due 14 days before arrival. 

  • Reservations are only confirmed when a deposit is received.

  • Payments may be made by Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Wise, or Monzo.

  • Rates are in US Dollars.

Cancellation Policy

We offer two different cancellation policies, depending on the rate you select when booking.

​

  1. One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

  2. Non-Refundable Option Cancellation Policy: When choosing the Non-Refundable option, your booking is final and cannot be canceled. However, we do allow one change of date, subject to availability and within the same rate category. While no refunds will be issued for the reservation amount, the cleaning fee will be refunded if the reservation is canceled before the check-in date. This option offers a lower rate in exchange for your commitment to the booking. We recommend this option for guests with firm travel plans who may need a single date adjustment.

Raincheck Option

  • Reschedule your reservation within one year of the original check-in date.

  • $25 fee applies.

  • Must be selected before the original check-in date.

  • Applies to the original booking amount.

  • You must contact us in advance to request this option.

  • Cannot be combined with any special offers.

Travel Insurance

When booking direct, you can purchase travel insurance which is a protection plan that protects you against unexpected occurrences such as last-minute trip cancellations, medical problems, or weather interruptions. 

Two different types of travel insurance:

  • Traditional travel insurance.  

  • Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance.

Security Deposit

We reserve the right to require a small security deposit.

Check In & Out

  • Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; however, guests are welcome to enjoy the resort's amenities beforehand. For added convenience, luggage storage is also available.

  • Early check-in, subject to availability.

  • Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.

  • Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability, with a fee of $10 per additional hour.
